Biografia

Luigi Bollani è professore aggregato di Statistica sociale e ricercatore presso il Dipartimento ESOMAS, Università di Torino. Svolge ricerche statistiche in ambito sociale e aziendale. Tra le pubblicazioni: “Attitudes and behaviour of adopters of technological innovations in agricultural tractors: a case study in Italian agricultural system”, Agricultural Systems (2014); “The management of unsold food in outdoor market areas: food operators’ behaviour and attitudes, Sustainability (2018); “The millennials’ concept of sustainability in the food sector”, Sustainability (2019).
